Autism Hounslow was founded by 3 parent carers of autistic adult children. The organisation works to enable autistic people to lead fulfilling lives. The project's aim is to provide an activity using martial arts and fitness that will help people clear their minds – refresh their bodies and through modelling happy autistic lives dispel some of the gloom around the ‘diagnosis’ for parents.
